Location

East Stroudsburg, PA | General Emergency Department (Combined Adult/Pedi), STEMI Certified Facility, Stroke Certified Facility

Schedule / Job Type

Contract | Nights | 4x12-Hour Shifts (7:00 PM – 7:30 AM) | Every Other Weekend

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a combined adult and pediatric emergency department setting
• Perform triage assessments and implement appropriate isolation precautions
• Deliver care in a STEMI-certified and Stroke-certified facility environment
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to manage high-acuity and time-sensitive patient presentations
• Adhere to all facility protocols, compliance requirements, and orientation expectations

Required Qualifications

• Active Pennsylvania RN license or valid Compact RN license required at time of submission
• Minimum 2 years of Emergency Room nursing experience
• ACLS, BLS, NIHSS, MAB, and PALS certifications required
• Demonstrated experience with isolation precautions and triage
• Must live more than 50 miles from the facility to be eligible at the standard travel rate; candidates within 50 miles are subject to a local rate differential
• PA Fingerprinting is required and must be completed within one week of contract signing

Preferred Experience / Skills

• TNCC certification preferred
• Trauma Center experience preferred
• First-time travelers are welcome to apply
