Companion Care Needed

Looking for a caregiver for my paraplegic female relative. We need daily help daily help, preferably from 2:00 p.m. - 4:00 p.m. Start date is asap. She needs help with transferring from bed to wheelchair and back into bed. She also needs help toileting, bathing , and dressing. Laundry and some cleaning and meal prep will need to be done. She may need some help with errands. She is very good at directing a helper how to move and positions her and explaining what her needs are. Caregiver must be comfortable with small loud dog.
