Childcare Needed

We are looking for a great babysitter for 1 child in Spencer. We would prefer a babysitter who has their own car, who does not smoke, who is comfortable with pets, who is CPR certified and who has college degree. She has minimally verbal autism so we would like someone with experience with autistic children. Respite experience is preferred. She has a pretty strict but easy nighttime routine. There are cameras in the home for safety as well.
