Pest Control Technician -IPM Technician

Position Overview
The IPM Technician plays a critical role in delivering high-quality pest management services using Integrated Pest Management strategies. This position requires strong customer service skills, technical aptitude, adaptability, and a commitment to long-term professional growth.

Key Responsibilities
Listen first, be empathetic, and provide strong, detailed customer service by educating our customers. You will master the skills needed to become a proficient IPM Technician, learn new techniques the Pest-End way, and grow your skills every day.
- Identify pests and assess infestation levels
- Apply chemical and non-chemical treatments safely and in compliance with regulations
- Monitor pest activity and adjust treatment strategies
- Maintain and calibrate equipment and manage inventory
- Educate clients on pest behavior and preventive measures
- Complete detailed service reports
- Respond promptly to urgent pest situations
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors
- Maintain Outlook and Teams accounts; check email at least twice daily
- Embrace new procedures, technologies, and expectations as the company grows

The team member is occasionally required to reach with hands and arms; climb or balance and kneel, bend, crouch, or crawl. The team member must occasionally lift and/or move up to 80 pounds. This position may require the use of ladders for specific service. The ability to maneuver and operate a ladder. Specific vision abilities required by the job include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, and depth perception.
