What you’ll tackle

• Create, roll out, and continuously refine HSE policies and procedures that work on the shop floor.
• Keep the site fully compliant with OSHA and environmental regulations while meeting company standards.
• Run audits, inspections, and risk assessments to proactively eliminate hazards.
• Own incident investigations—find root causes and implement corrective actions that stick.
• Deliver safety training that resonates with employees and contractors and drives behavior change.
• Organize and maintain documentation, compliance records, and performance metrics for clear visibility.
• Work side-by-side with plant leadership to fuel continuous improvement across the workplace.

• Must have worked in Automotive or Heavy Manufacturing Plant Environment.
