EXPERIENCED COMMERCIAL PAINTERS — STARTING AUGUST 1 (START DATE TO BE CONFIRMED)

JF and Son’s Painting, Inc. is hiring experienced painters for the Millville Arms Common Area Renovation project in Salem, New Hampshire.

Project Location:
44 Millville Street, Salem, NH

Positions Available:
• Lead Painter
• Experienced Commercial Painters

Pay:
• Lead Painter: $32–$35 per hour
• Experienced Painter: $28–$30 per hour
• W-2 employment
• Weekly payroll
• Applicable prevailing-wage requirements will be followed

Project Work:
• Interior occupied residential common areas
• Surface protection and preparation
• Minor drywall patching and sanding
• Painting walls and ceilings
• Painting door trim, frames, and interior faces of exit doors
• Refinishing existing wood handrails and stair trim
• Daily cleanup and protection of residents’ property

Requirements:
• At least three years of professional painting experience preferred
• Reliable transportation to Salem, NH
• Dependable attendance and punctuality
• Experience with brush, roller, preparation, patching, and trim work
• Ability to work safely from ladders
• Professional conduct around residents and project representatives
• Ability to follow instructions and maintain clean work areas
• OSHA 10 is preferred
• Employment references required

This project is expected to provide approximately four to five weeks of work. Continued employment may be available based on performance, attendance, quality, and Company workload.
