Stainless Steel Pipe Welding Specialist

About the Role

Holland Sharpe is adding a skilled Stainless Steel Pipe Welding Specialist to our team in Clarksville, TN. You’ll interpret schematics, prepare joints, and perform high-quality welds on stainless and other piping systems using multiple processes.

A Day in the Life

You arrive for a day shift, review prints, set up your station, and tackle precision welds on stainless steel pipe. You move between MIG, TIG, and Stick methods as the project demands, confirm fit-ups, complete passes that meet code, and collaborate with teammates to keep production on schedule. Overtime opportunities are available when the work ramps up.

What You’ll Do

• Weld and fabricate pipe systems using MIG, TIG, and Stick processes
• Execute high-quality welds on stainless steel pipe
• Read and interpret schematics and piping drawings
• Verify measurements, fit-up, and alignment before and during welding

What You Bring

• Proven experience as a pipe welder
• Hands-on mechanical aptitude and understanding of pipe systems
• Proficiency with MIG/TIG/Stick
• Ability to pass a 6G weld test

Compensation & Schedule

• Pay: $28.00 – $30.00 per hour (paid weekly)
• Shift: Day shift with overtime
• Job Type: Full-time
