What We’re Looking For

• High school diploma or equivalent (vocational welding training preferred).
• Proven MIG welding experience with examples or a portfolio of past work.
• Fluency in reading technical documents and blueprints.
• Sharp attention to detail and pride in quality craftsmanship.
• Knowledge of safety practices and regulations in a welding environment.
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach.
• Welding certification is a plus.
