Nu Roc Health and Rehabilitation is seeking a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (NHA) to lead our skilled nursing facility in Laona, Wisconsin. This is an opportunity to make a visible impact in a smaller facility where you can build meaningful relationships with residents, families, and your team.
We are looking for an engaged leader who brings accountability, compassion, and a commitment to excellent resident care. As Administrator, you will guide daily operations, develop department leaders, and help drive the facility’s clinical, financial, and operational success.

Oversee daily skilled nursing and long-term care operations, promoting quality care and a positive resident experience.
Partner with the Director of Nursing and department leaders to support clinical outcomes, survey readiness, and regulatory compliance.
Lead recruitment, retention, staff development, and employee engagement.
Manage budgets, labor costs, census development, and overall financial performance.
Build strong relationships with residents, families, referral partners, and the local community.
Foster a culture of communication, accountability, respect, and continuous improvement.
An active Wisconsin Nursing Home Administrator license.
Leadership experience in skilled nursing or long-term care, preferably as a Nursing Home Administrator.
Knowledge of nursing home operations, regulatory requirements, financial management, and quality improvement.
Strong communication, team development, and problem-solving skills.
A hands-on leadership approach and a commitment to resident-centered care.
