General Manager-QSR

What You'll Do

• Run the full P&L for your restaurant: sales, labor, food cost, and controllables
  
• Recruit, hire, train, and develop a strong team of shift leaders and crew
  
• Deliver fast, friendly, accurate service and a great guest experience
  
• Uphold brand standards for food safety, cleanliness, and operational excellence
  
• Build a positive team culture that drives retention and results
  
• Identify and develop future leaders for the next restaurant opening
  

What You Bring

• Previous General Manager experience in a QSR or fast-casual environment
  
• Taco Bell experience is highly preferred
  
• Proven track record of hitting sales, labor, and food cost targets
  
• Strong people leadership, with a history of developing managers and reducing turnover
  
• Comfort with a fast-paced, high-volume environment
  
• ServSafe certification, or the ability to obtain it
  
• Reliable transportation and open availability
