What You’ll Be Doing (We don’t love the bullet points, but we love the work!)

As the Tier 3 technical escalation lead, you’ll partner with Operations & Maintenance teams to unravel challenging infrastructure issues, uncover root causes, and build automated solutions that prevent recurring failures. If you’re driven to understand how systems work—and curious about how to make them work better—this role puts your ingenuity at the intersection of performance, security, and reliability.Required Skills
