Job Description

Job Description:
We are seeking dependable and detail-oriented Production Associates to work in a manufacturing environment producing dental instruments.

Job Duties Include:

Gluing and assembling dental instruments and components
Buffing and polishing dental tools
Cleaning and preparing dental instruments
Inspecting products for quality and defects
Handling small parts and tools with attention to detail
Following production, quality, and safety procedures
Keeping the work area clean and organized
Performing other production-related duties as assigned

Requirements:

Good hand-eye coordination and attention to detail
Comfortable performing repetitive tasks
Ability to work with small parts and hand tools
Manufacturing, assembly, or production experience is a plus
Ability to follow instructions and meet quality standards
Reliable attendance and punctuality

Work Environment:
Manufacturing/production environment involving assembly, cleaning, buffing, and handling of dental instruments.
