Shift: Day | 12-hour shifts
Schedule: Alternating schedule with RT Supervisor | 3–4 days/week | 36–48 hours/week | On-call required when scheduled

Pay Rate
Local: $55–$60/hour
Traveler: $60–$65/hour

Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Respiratory Therapist to provide comprehensive respiratory care and autonomous emergency support in an acute-care hospital district setting.
Required Qualifications
Current Oregon Respiratory Care Practitioner (RCP) License.
National Board for Respiratory Care (NBRC) RRT or CRT credential.
Minimum 1–2 years of active Respiratory Therapist experience.
Proven clinical experience with Labor & Delivery, C-sections, and Emergency Room care.
Proven experience with infant resuscitation.
Active ACLS, PALS, and NRP certifications.
Strong autonomous critical-thinking skills.
Ability to manage on-call responsibilities.
Preferred Qualifications
Prior clinical experience with Bubble CPAP equipment.
Responsibilities
Deliver comprehensive respiratory therapy services in an acute-care hospital district setting.
Provide clinical support during emergency situations, high-risk deliveries, C-sections, and infant resuscitations.
Manage and monitor neonatal respiratory support, including Bubble CPAP setups and interventions.
Share department coverage by alternating weekly schedules with the RT Supervisor.
Maintain on-call readiness during scheduled blocks.
Respond to emergency hospital pages during scheduled on-call periods.
Document patient assessments, therapies administered, and ventilator/equipment changes accurately.
