• Located in Grand Haven, MI

• Coordinate and provide resident-focused care based on individual care needs

• Carry out medication administration and nursing treatments as prescribed

• Assist with leadership and direction of CNA and caregiver team members

• Maintain compliance with state regulations and clinical policies

• Support a safe, respectful, and compassionate environment for residents

• Active RN or LPN license in good standing

  Certification and experience in medication administration and IV services

  Working knowledge of state regulations related to long-term care

  Reliable, team-oriented approach with consistent attendance

  Genuine commitment to providing exceptional care and enriching residents’ daily lives
