Maxim Healthcare is hiring a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide 1:1 nursing care in a home healthcare setting in Bushkill, PA.

We’re looking for a compassionate, dependable RN who enjoys building meaningful relationships with patients and providing individualized care. Experience supporting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD) is strongly preferred.

What You’ll Do:

• Provide dedicated 1:1 nursing care in the patient’s home
• Monitor the patient’s condition and provide care according to the established plan of care
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered
• Document care and communicate changes or concerns with the care team
• Support the patient’s health, safety, comfort, and independence

Qualifications:

• Current Pennsylvania RN license
• IDD experience preferred
• Reliable, compassionate, and comfortable working independently in a home setting
