Service Technician | Blakenbaker Crossings

Blakenbaker Crossings is a 236-unit apartment community, and we're looking for a Service Technician with real passion for the work. You'll diagnose problems, make repairs, and keep our community safe, comfortable, and up to company standards.

Compensation and Benefits:

• Base pay: $22.00 - $24.00 hourly
• $300 quarterly Morgan Essentials
• 50% rent discount

What We Need From You:

• Ability to diagnose and repair HVAC, electrical, plumbing, appliance, carpentry, drywall, and general property issues
• Make-ready skills: unit turns, repairs, cleaning, and painting
• Commitment to a 24-hour on-call schedule, including snow and ice emergencies
• Valid driver's license
• Your own tools for on-site repairs
