We're hiring TWO full-time Early Childhood Educators!

Do you love working with young children? Are you creative, curious, and comfortable getting a little silly? At the Scott Family Amazeum, we believe play is serious business!

We're looking for enthusiastic team members to help children ages 0–6 learn, explore, and discover through hands-on, play-based experiences.

Position Details

• Pay: Starting at $17/hour
• Schedule: Full-time, up to 40 hours per week
• Availability: Flexible schedule, including weekdays, weekends, occasional evenings, and some holidays
• Location: Bentonville, Arkansas

What You'll Do

• Lead fun, hands-on learning experiences for young children and their caregivers.
• Encourage curiosity, creativity, and discovery through play.
• Create welcoming, safe, and engaging learning environments.
• Help develop and improve early childhood programs and activities.
• Connect with families and make every visit memorable.
• Work with a creative, collaborative team that loves learning!

What We're Looking For

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of experience working with children (childcare, babysitting, camps, church groups, educational programs, or volunteer experience all count!).
• Basic understanding of early childhood development.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• A positive attitude, flexibility, and a willingness to jump in and help.
• Someone who genuinely enjoys interacting with young children and their families!

Bonus: Early childhood education coursework, CDA certification, or bilingual skills are a plus, but not required!
