Companion Care Needed

We need hands-on care to take care of my father in Pebble Beach. Some light tidying up is involved. Some help needed with bathing, toileting and dressing. We're looking for someone to provide companionship and to encourage walking regularly. At times there may be need for mobility assistance. There is some flexibility of number of nights and also some mornings available (also 2 hour shifts). Preferences for a caregiver who is a non-smoker and CPR / first-aid trained.
