Caregiver Needed

We are looking for a responsible, self-motivated, smart woman to care for our 90-year-old mother. She's very independent (and headstrong :)), so ultimately, we'd like to find someone who's more like a caring, capable friend. We are looking for someone 5 days/week from 10-1. Services needed include: transportation, meal preparation, errands/shopping, light housekeeping, and companionship. Possible live-in.
