Join our team at 7-Eleven location in Albany, CA. As a Store Associate, you’ll be the friendly face customers see when they stop in for a quick coffee, a snack, or a late-day essential. We offer a supportive team environment, flexible scheduling, and room to grow.

What You’ll Do

• Greet customers and provide fast, friendly service
• Operate the cash register and POS system accurately, including handling cash, cards, and mobile payments
• Stock shelves, coolers, and displays, and rotate products by date
• Prepare and maintain fresh coffee, Slurpee machines, and hot food items
• Keep the store, restrooms, and fuel area clean and organized
• Verify ID and follow all laws for age-restricted products such as tobacco, alcohol, and lottery
• Follow safety, cash-handling, and food-safety procedures
• Help with receiving deliveries and basic inventory tasks
• Assist with closing duties and end-of-shift cash counts as trained

What We’re Looking For

• Friendly, dependable, and comfortable working with the public
• Able to work afternoon and evening hours reliably
• Basic math and cash-handling skills
• Able to stand for extended periods and lift up to [25-40] lbs
• Must meet the minimum age required by law for the duties of the role
• Prior retail, cashier, or food service experience is a plus, but not required. We train.
• Ability to communicate in English; additional languages are a plus
