WHAT YOU'LL DO

* Safely operate trains and switching movements.

* Inspect equipment and ensure compliance with operating rules and FRA regulations.

* Couple and uncouple railcars, line switches, and perform switching operations.

* Communicate effectively with train crews, dispatchers, and customers.

* Operate locomotives safely and efficiently.

* Conduct routine locomotive servicing and inspections.

* Read and follow train orders, bulletins, and work instructions.

* Maintain a constant focus on safety, teamwork, and operational excellence.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

* At least 18 years old.

* Valid Driver's License.

* Strong work ethic and commitment to safety.

* Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions.

* Ability to perform physically demanding work, including walking uneven terrain, climbing equipment, and lifting up to 80 pounds.

* Railroad, industrial, military, construction, transportation, or mechanical experience is a plus.

* Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, holidays, and on-call assignments.
