WHAT YOU'LL DO
* Lead and supervise track maintenance and construction crews.
* Ensure compliance with FRA standards and company safety expectations.
* Manage track inspections, repair programs, rail replacement, and capital projects.
* Coordinate contractors, railroad operations, and public agencies.
* Investigate incidents and drive continuous improvement.
* Control costs, manage resources, and keep projects on schedule.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
* 5+ years of railroad track maintenance experience.
* Strong knowledge of FRA track standards and railroad operations.
* Proven leadership and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to lead crews in a fast-paced outdoor environment.
* Valid Driver's License.
