WHAT YOU'LL DO
* Inspect track structures and identify defects or safety concerns.
* Ensure compliance with FRA standards and company policies.
* Coordinate repairs and oversee corrective maintenance activities.
* Respond to severe weather events and service disruptions.
* Prepare inspection and compliance reports.
* Work closely with maintenance crews to keep the railroad operating at its best.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
* Knowledge of FRA Track Safety Standards and railroad maintenance practices.
* Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
* Ability to work independently in a fast-paced outdoor environment.
* Valid Driver's License.
* Track inspection, maintenance, or railroad experience preferred.
