Responsibilities
- Deliver coordinated nursing care for ICU patients according to established standards and the nursing process.
- Assess patient conditions, develop and implement individualized care plans, and monitor progress.
- Administer medications and treatments per physician orders; document changes and respond to changes in patient status.
- Supervise and direct activities of various levels of nursing staff; coordinate care with other disciplines.
- Apply critical thinking and independent judgment to prioritize care and ensure patient safety and quality outcomes.
- Maintain clear, accurate documentation and communicate effectively with patients, families, and the healthcare team.

Requirements
- Active Registered Nurse license in California.
- ICU/critical care nursing experience in an acute care setting.
- BLS certification; ACLS certification preferred.
- Nursing degree from an accredited program (ADN or BSN acceptable).
- Ability to work nights and 12-hour shifts in a high-acuity hospital environment.
