Tax Manager
Position Overview:
Manage tax engagements, support client relationships, mentor accounting staff, and contribute to tax and advisory services for closely held businesses, partnerships, corporations, and individual clients.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and review business, partnership, corporate, and individual tax engagements.
- Prepare and review tax returns, projections, workpapers, and related documentation.
- Ensure accurate, compliant, and timely tax deliverables.
- Support tax planning and advisory services.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships.
- Supervise, mentor, and develop senior and staff accountants.
- Manage engagement workflows, deadlines, budgets, and scheduling.
- Research and resolve federal, state, and multistate tax matters.
- Collaborate with leadership to improve processes, technology, and client service.
- Support best practices across tax engagements and collaborate with colleagues across the organization.
