QBS is looking for a Commercial BAS Sales Professional to help grow our presence throughout the San Antonio market. We need someone who understands building automation and commercial HVAC and knows how to turn that technical knowledge into new business. You'll connect with customers, uncover project opportunities, develop solutions, and build relationships that lead to repeat business. If you're comfortable talking controls with technical teams and discussing value with decision-makers, this could be a great fit.

We're looking for someone with 3+ years of sales experience in building automation, HVAC controls, or commercial HVAC, along with solid BAS/DDC knowledge:

• Ability to read plans and specifications
• Experience with estimates and proposals
• Strong business development and closing skills
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record

You should enjoy building relationships, winning new business, and growing customer accounts.
