Cleaning Supervisor Cranberry Township Area no experience needed

Professional Cleaning Inc., a local family-owned commercial cleaning company, is looking for a dependable Cleaning Supervisor to join our team.

Part-time or full-time available
Monday–Friday
4:30 PM–12:30 AM (We can talk about flexibility)
Pay based on work quality, dependability and availability (no cleaning experience needed will train)

This is a hands-on position. You won't just be checking buildings you'll work alongside the team when needed.

Responsibilities include:
• Checking employees and completed work at customer locations
• Filling in for open positions, vacations and call-offs
• Completing extra cleaning and special projects
• Helping train and support employees
• Making sure buildings meet our quality standards
• Communicating issues to management
• Traveling between customer locations in the Cranberry Township and surrounding area

We're looking for someone who is dependable, takes pride in their work, can work independently and is comfortable stepping in wherever needed.

Commercial cleaning or supervisory experience is a plus, but we're willing to train the right person.
