We are searching for a Facilities Specialist to support facility operations, warehouse activities, event setup, and general building maintenance in a professional corporate and warehouse environment.
This is a hands-on role that combines facility support, customer service, warehouse coordination, and light maintenance responsibilities. The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, mechanically inclined, and comfortable interacting with employees at all levels of the organization.

We are searching for a Facilities Specialist to support facility operations, warehouse activities, event setup, and general building maintenance in a professional corporate and warehouse environment.
This is a hands-on role that combines facility support, customer service, warehouse coordination, and light maintenance responsibilities. The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, mechanically inclined, and comfortable interacting with employees at all levels of the organization.
Responsibilities:
- Support day-to-day facility operations and building upkeep
- Receive, sort, and deliver mail and packages throughout the facility
- Set up and tear down conference rooms, meetings, and special events
- Coordinate shipping, receiving, and movement of products and materials
- Assist with warehouse organization and inventory storage areas
- Support promotional events, displays, product demonstrations, and company functions
- Perform light maintenance tasks and identify facility issues requiring vendor support
- Coordinate service calls and repairs with outside contractors
- Conduct routine facility inspections and compliance checks
- Respond to internal facility requests received through Outlook, Teams, and email
- Assist with loading and unloading shipments as needed
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional facility environment
- Support special projects as assigned
Requirements:
- Comfortable working in both office and warehouse environments (approximately 50/50)
- Strong customer service mindset and professional communication skills
- Able to work independently while also collaborating as part of a team
- Strong organizational skills and sense of urgency
- Mechanical aptitude with the ability to identify and communicate maintenance needs
- Experience using Microsoft Outlook, Teams, and Excel
- Comfortable interacting with employees at all levels, including executive leadership
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and adapt to changing business needs
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous facilities, warehouse, maintenance, or building operations experience
- Forklift or reach truck experience, or willingness to obtain certification
- Experience coordinating vendors, deliveries, or facility service requests
- Powersports, equipment, or mechanical background a plus
Schedule:
- Monday – Friday | 8:00 am – 5:00 pm
Compensation:
- $24.00 - $27.00 per hour, based on experience
