Job Description:
Client is seeking dependable WaterJet Saw Operators to operate and monitor waterjet cutting equipment used to cut foam and other materials to precise specifications. Candidates should be mechanically inclined, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Previous machine operation experience is preferred, but candidates with a strong work ethic and willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.

Candidates should be mechanically inclined, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Key Responsibilities:
- Operate waterjet saw equipment to cut foam and materials according to work orders and specifications.
- Set up and adjust machinery for different cutting requirements.
- Read work orders, measurements, and production instructions.
- Load, position, and secure materials properly for cutting.
- Monitor machine operation and make basic adjustments as needed.
- Measure and inspect finished parts to ensure accuracy and quality.
- Identify defects or equipment issues and notify supervisors when necessary.
- Perform basic machine cleaning and routine maintenance.
- Safely handle materials and finished products throughout the production process.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
- Follow all company safety procedures and PPE requirements.
- Work with the production team to meet daily production and quality goals.
Ideal Candidate:
- Manufacturing or machine operation experience preferred.
- Previous saw, CNC, waterjet, or production equipment experience is a plus.
- Good measurement and attention-to-detail skills.
- Mechanically inclined and comfortable learning new equipment.
- Able to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
- Able to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive production tasks.
- Willing to work 1st, 2nd, or 3rd shift.
