Deery Brothers of West Burlington is looking for an enthusiastic Automotive Sales Consultant to join our team. You’ll help customers navigate the vehicle-buying experience, from choosing the right vehicle and taking a test drive to completing their purchase.

No automotive sales experience? No problem. We provide paid training and ongoing support to help you succeed.

What You’ll Do

• Welcome customers with a friendly, professional attitude

• Understand customers’ needs and recommend vehicles that fit

• Explain vehicle features and guide test drives

• Build lasting relationships through follow-up and referrals

• Meet or exceed monthly sales goals

• Stay informed about inventory, promotions, incentives, and industry trends
