Small Parts Deburring / Manufacturing Associate

Old Saybrook Area | 1st Shift | $19/hour | Contract-to-Hire

Are you experienced working with small parts and have a strong eye for detail? We’re hiring Manufacturing Associates for a clean, welcoming production environment where quality and precision matter.

This position focuses on deburring small manufactured parts, with hands-on, paid training provided. Experience working with small components through deburring, precision assembly, soldering, inspection, or microscope work is highly valued.

Our goal is to make the right match—for both you and the client. You'll begin your employment with A.R. Mazzotta while working onsite with our client, and when it's a great fit for both, there may be an opportunity to join the client's team permanently.
