The Ford Agency is actively recruiting for an HR professional who is looking to join a well-established national association. This is a unique opportunity to work with a genuinely supportive and collaborative team in an environment that fosters professional growth. This role will work across HR programs, recruiting, employee relations, benefits, and more!
Responsibilities Include:
- Oversee and manage heavy employee relations, including investigations, disciplinary meetings, and terminations
- Develop initiatives and procedures to increase efficiency and measure success of human resources programs
- Administer benefits and compensation programs with team
- Oversee the recruitment of new staff, including diversity initiatives
- Manage learning development programs
- Conduct surveys and analyze data for program improvements
- Contribute to position and compensation review and analysis
- Plan and execute events to improve employee morale and increase productivity
- Maintain knowledge of best practices, employment laws, and regulatory changes that impact HR
Qualifications Include:
- 8+ years of HR experience
- Experience being the sole HR representative for an organization
- Association experience strongly preferred
- Demonstrated experience handling high volume employee relations issues
- Benefits administration experience required
- Bachelor's degree required
- SHRM-CP, PHR or SPHR certificate preferred
- Leadership skills and confidence to spearhead HR initiatives
- Up-to-date knowledge of employment law and HR best practices
- Excellent communication skills and strong attention to detail
Compensation:
- 90-115K annually
