Full-Time | Days | $5,000 Commitment Incentive

A healthcare organization in North Central Arkansas is seeking an experienced Ultrasound Technologist / Sonographer to join its diagnostic imaging team.

This is a full-time, day-shift opportunity in a clinic-based setting offering a $5,000 incentive with a two-year commitment.

Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostic ultrasound examinations as ordered by providers
• Produce high-quality images for physician interpretation
• Prepare and position patients appropriately for imaging procedures
• Maintain patient safety, comfort, and confidentiality
• Follow established imaging and quality-control standards
• Document procedures and relevant patient information accurately
• Communicate effectively with patients, providers, and clinical staff
• Maintain equipment and support a safe clinical environment

Minimum Qualifications

• High school diploma
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a registered imaging technologist in a clinic or hospital setting
• Appropriate ultrasound registry or registry eligibility
• Strong knowledge of anatomy, imaging techniques, patient care, and safety
• Strong communication, critical-thinking, and problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Associate degree
• Current applicable imaging registration/certification
• Previous hospital or outpatient diagnostic imaging experience

Schedule

• Full-time
• Day shift
• Clinic-based setting

Incentive

• $5,000 commitment incentive
• Two-year agreement required
