Battery Pack Assembly Associate

Location: Farmington Hills, MI
Pay Rate: $16.00 per hour
Shift: 1st Shift | 6:30 AM – 3:00 PM
Schedule: Monday – Friday

We are seeking dependable Battery Pack Assembly Associates to join a manufacturing team in Farmington Hills. This position involves assembling battery packs and components while following quality and safety standards.

Responsibilities

Assemble battery packs and related components according to work instructions.
Perform basic soldering and spot-welding tasks as required.
Install, connect, and secure battery components and wiring.
Use basic hand and power tools during the assembly process.
Inspect completed assemblies for quality and accuracy.
Identify and report damaged or defective components.
Maintain a clean and organized workstation.
Follow all safety procedures and production requirements.
Meet daily production and quality goals.

Requirements

Previous manufacturing or assembly experience preferred.
Soldering or spot-welding experience is a plus.
Comfortable working with small parts and electrical components.
Good hand-eye coordination and attention to detail.
Ability to stand for extended periods.
Dependable attendance and ability to work Monday through Friday.
Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.

Pay: $16.00/hour
Schedule: Monday through Friday, 6:30 AM – 3:00 PM
