REQUIRED EXPERIENCE

• Occupational Therapy experience required
• Experience evaluating and treating patients per physician orders/referrals
• Experience developing individualized treatment and discharge plans
• Strong clinical, documentation, and communication skills
• Experience supervising COTAs preferred/required per facility policy

SCHEDULE

• Monday–Friday
• 08:00 AM–04:00 PM

REQUIRED CERTIFICATIONS

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program (MOT/OTD)

LICENSE

• Active state OT license or ability to obtain
