Home Health Aide Needed - Now Hiring

Seeking hands-on care near Fremont for my grandmother in her 80s. Mandarin speaking- but mandarin is not required. Currently residing at a SNF, and requiring assistance with providing continence care (managing adult briefs, pads, and toileting support), repositioning to avoid skin breakdown, applying barrier creams, helping with meals, providing companion care. There is assistance from SNF staff/cna/nurses as well as family; we are just looking for additional help to have coverage when staff is busy and family members are working. May eventually transition to the home setting
