Babysitter Needed for my Children

I are looking for a great babysitter/after school care for 2 children in Rancho Palos Verdes. Pickup kids from school a mile away and care for them at home till 4:30/5 p.m. We would prefer someone who could help out with housekeeping, laundry and homework help. Require a babysitter who has their own car, good insurance and who is CPR certified. The hours are a bit irregular given split custody.
