Babysitter Needed for my Children

I am looking for an occasional babysitter for my two toddlers. I need someone to watch them on the rare occasions I need to go into the office or have a day of heavy remote meetings, as well as perhaps on a recurring biweekly basis for a few hours. They are pretty easy-going kids. We do have two dogs, one of whom can be reactive to strangers; they would remain kenneled on a different floor if you are watching the kids in the home.
