Schedule: Monday-Friday | 8:00 AM-5:00 PM | No Weekends

Pay Rate: $33-$38 per hour, based on experience

Pay Schedule: Twice Monthly

The Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced B-Level Automotive Technician for an established independent automotive repair shop in Mission Viejo, CA.

This opportunity offers $33-$38 per hour, based on experience, with earning potential up to $80,000 annually.

Enjoy a Monday-Friday schedule with no weekends, a supportive team environment, and the stability of hourly pay instead of flat rate. You'll work on a variety of makes and models while continuing to develop your automotive repair and diagnostic skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair common mechanical issues on domestic and import vehicles.
• Perform brake, steering, suspension, and general automotive repairs.
• Complete water pump replacements, tune-ups, and intermediate mechanical repairs.
• Diagnose and replace components such as window regulators.
• Perform Digital Vehicle Inspections (DVIs) and accurately document vehicle conditions and recommended repairs.
• Document repair findings and add appropriate labor to repair estimates using the shop management system.
• Perform occasional routine maintenance services while maintaining quality and productivity standards.

Qualifications

• Experience performing B-Level automotive repairs in a professional repair environment.
• Strong mechanical repair skills, including brakes, steering, suspension, and cooling system repairs.
• Working knowledge of automotive diagnostics and troubleshooting common mechanical concerns.
• Comfortable servicing a variety of vehicle makes and models.
• Experience completing Digital Vehicle Inspections (DVIs) and documenting repair recommendations.
• Ability to document repair labor and estimates accurately.
• Strong communication, teamwork, organizational skills, and dependable attendance.

Compensation & Benefits

• Hourly Pay: $33-$38 per hour, based on experience.
• Annual Earning Potential: Up to $80,000 Actual earnings depend on hours worked and are not guaranteed.
