Job Description
Luxor Staffing is hiring a Warehouse Customer Service Representative paying up to $19.75 per hour with 1st and 2nd shift. Weekly pay, possible overtime, incentive and bonus programs, optional direct deposit, benefits from day 1 on the job and much more!
Shift:
- 1st: Mon-Fri 6AM-2PM
- 2nd: Tue-Sat 2PM-10:30PM
- 3rd: Mon-Fri 10PM-6:30AM
Job Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries and complaints regarding orders, shipments, invoices, inventory, and work orders in a timely and professional manner.
- Process customer orders, receipts, shipping documents, invoices, and other required paperwork accurately.
- Coordinate special and last-minute shipping requests with warehouse, traffic, and operations teams to ensure orders are completed on time.
- Maintain damage records, back-order logs, customer files, and other account documentation while ensuring information is current and accurate.
- Answer and route phone calls, greet visitors, provide order follow-up, and perform other clerical and administrative duties as assigned.
Ideal candidates should have:
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office, shipping software, UPS/FedEx systems, and basic 10-key and typing skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong customer service abilities.
- Strong multitasking and organizational skills with excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
