Director of Operations / Director of Housekeeping

Location: Key West, FL (on-site)
Pay: $85,000-$95,000/year
Position Type: 1099 independent contractor

Schedule: 7:30-8am start, task-based days, weekends required
Start: ASAP

About the Role
We're a well-established local home services company that's growing, and we need a strong leader to run day-to-day operations. If you've led teams at a hotel, resort or front desk, this role is a great fit.

What You'll Do

• Build and manage the schedule
• Lead daily team communication
• Keep supplies and inventory stocked
• Run quality control checks
• Recruit and onboard new team members
• Perform weekly home watch checks at client properties
• Track contractor hours and process payments
• Handle client invoicing and billing

What We're Looking For

• Bilingual in English and Spanish (required)
• Hotel, resort or guest house experience in housekeeping, front desk or operations
• Very organized and calm under pressure
• Great communicator
• Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle
• Comfortable with scheduling apps and team texts
