NOW HIRING: General Warehouse Associates – Pack & Sort

Location: Swedesboro, NJ
Pay: $17.00/hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday or Sunday–Thursday
Hours: Start times may be 6:00 AM, 7:00 AM, or 9:00 AM depending on truck arrivals. Schedule will be confirmed the day before.

Job Summary:
We are looking for dependable Warehouse Associates to support packing, sorting, palletizing, and general warehouse operations.

Responsibilities:

• Sort and organize products according to instructions.
• Pack and prepare products for shipment.
• Break down pallets and sort merchandise.
• Use an RF scanner to scan and verify products.
• Follow pallet and product placement instructions.
• Palletize and wrap products.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Assist with sweeping and removing debris during downtime.
• Follow safety and warehouse procedures.

Requirements:

• Warehouse experience preferred but not required.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to follow instructions.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs independently.
• Team lift for heavier items.
• Comfortable standing, walking, bending, and working in a warehouse environment.
• Must be able to read and understand English.
• Reliable attendance and flexibility during peak season.

Dress Code:

• Steel-toe work boots required.
• Jeans with no holes.
• Clean T-shirt with no profanity/offensive images.
• Hoodies allowed.
• No tank tops, muscle shirts, jewelry, or backpacks.
