Position: Full time, permanent

A FedEx Ground contractor is hiring full-time, permanent delivery drivers out of the Kansas City terminal. We are looking for dependable individuals who show up ready to work, stay organized, and take pride in doing the job right. This is a full time permanent position

With increased package volume during the holiday season, the coming weeks bring opportunities for additional workdays, performance incentives, and holiday bonuses.

Pay & Schedule

• $170-180/day
• Full-time, 5 days/week (optional 6th day available/$50 bonus)
• Start: 8 AM | Dispatch: by 9:00 AM | Finish: around 5-5:30 PM

What You’ll Do

• Safely operate a delivery vehicle to deliver packages to homes and businesses
• Load and unload packages efficiently and accurately
• Communicate with dispatch and management throughout the day
• Represent FedEx Ground with professionalism and excellent customer service

Requirements

• 1 year of delivery experience within the last 3 years
• 21 years or older
• Clean MVR and valid driver’s license
• Able to pass a drug test, DOT physical, and background check (employer reimbursed)
• Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs and move up to 150 lbs with a handcart
