Position: Construction Superintendent
Location: Philadelphia, PA
Duration: Fulltime
Qualifications:
Must-have background Commercial construction; runs field operations on ground-up projects; no residential/single-family-only
Key differentiator GROUND-UP project experience
Strong-fit signals Pharma, healthcare, hospital, lab, or mission-critical projects; Procore; large-GC or strong regional-GC pedigree
Software Procore strongly preferred (clients not currently picky, but it helps)
Required from candidate upfront Project list (company names alone are often enough to assess on a call)

Market comp range (attraction intel, not a client band) $125K-$180K base
Additional comp Discretionary bonus standard with most clients; vehicle allowance client-dependent
