Healthcare Receptionist

Our client is Seeking an organized and reliable Healthcare Receptionist in the Frisco , Texas area. In this role you will warmly welcome patients, manage check in and check out processes, collect co-pays and payments, and provide outstanding service both in person and over the phone. You will coordinate appointments for multiple providers, conduct outbound calls to schedule and confirm appointments, maintain accurate patient records in the EMR system, and ensure all documentation is uploaded and organized. The ideal candidate is detail oriented, highly organized, knowledgeable of HIPAA regulations, and committed to supporting the daily operations of a high-volume healthcare practice while delivering an exceptional patient experience.
