Field Service Technician - HVAC/Refrigeration

Seeking a dependable, mechanically inclined Field Service Technician to diagnose, repair, and maintain commercial foodservice equipment, refrigeration systems, and related equipment throughout Oklahoma.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys solving problems, working independently, and taking ownership of their work. Every day brings new challenges, equipment issues, and customer needs. Successful technicians are analytical enough to diagnose problems accurately while remaining adaptable in a fast-paced field environment.

What You'll Do

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair commercial foodservice equipment
• Perform preventative maintenance and equipment inspections
• Read wiring diagrams, service manuals, and technical documentation
• Identify root causes of equipment failures and implement corrective repairs
• Communicate repair recommendations clearly to customers
• Complete accurate service reports and documentation
• Maintain inventory levels in assigned service vehicle
• Properly care for company vehicle, tools, and company-issued equipment
• Work safely and professionally at customer locations
• Participate in after-hours and weekend on-call rotations as needed

Requirements

• Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record
• Ability to safely operate a company-provided service vehicle
• Mechanical, electrical, refrigeration, HVAC, foodservice equipment, or related technical experience preferred
• Ability to lift equipment, tools, and parts as required
• Ability to work overtime, weekends, and on-call rotations when needed
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
• Must provide and maintain personal hand tools appropriate for the position
• Ability to pass any required background, motor vehicle, or drug screening requirements
