Construction Project Manager - Commercial Electrical

About the Role

Electra Solutions LLC is a licensed electrical contractor (NC Unlimited) building out its commercial division: tenant build-outs, retail remodels, EV charging and commercial maintenance across the Triangle and Triad. We're looking for a Project Manager to take awarded jobs from contract to closeout and help us grow our general contractor relationships.

What You'll Do

• Run commercial electrical projects end to end: budget, schedule, procurement, manpower and closeout
• Serve as the main point of contact for GCs, owners and property managers
• Review plans and specs; manage RFIs, submittals, change orders and schedules of values for pay applications
• Coordinate permits and inspections with jurisdictions across the Triangle and Triad
• Work with our estimator on bid reviews, scope gaps and the handoff from bid to job
• Track job cost and protect margin; lead weekly site and progress meetings

What You Bring

• 3–5 years managing commercial electrical or MEP projects (field-to-PM candidates welcome)
• Strong blueprint reading and NEC knowledge
• Experience with GC pay apps, change orders and closeout documentation
• NC electrical license (or eligibility) is a plus; OSHA 30 preferred
• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record

Pay & Benefits

• $27–$35 per hour, based on experience
• Medical, dental, vision, life insurance and PTO, available after an introductory period (benefits do not start on day one)
