COORDINATOR

Reports to: VP & CFO

Works with: The entire Shellco team

LABOR & PAYROLL

• Onboarding process for labor (paperwork for new hires and terminations).
• Finalize labor with cost-code verification, including overtime and/or early days, and provide weekly to the Payroll Assistant.
• Hand out labor paychecks.

CREWS & SCHEDULES

• Update and verify crew charts daily — Crew Charts and Crew Schedules.
• Coordinate Operators and maintain their schedule in the system.

FLEET & FACILITIES

• Assist with the Shop as needed — especially the Fleet Management Program.
• Walk with the inspector for yearly vehicle and building insurance inspections.
• Verify crew trucks are updated on insurance and registration.
• Verify the status of Workers' Comp cases with the appropriate manager.

ACCESS & IT

• ID passes for employees / crews / vendors to get into communities.
• Miscellaneous IT issues when needed.
• Assist in cell-phone setup for the Lumber app and voicemail.

SPECIALTY & EVERYTHING ELSE

• Translation as needed for HR and others.
• Help with items that come up.
