Inside Sales Representative

As an Inside Sales Representative, you will manage a balanced mix of inbound and outbound sales activity for mid-market organizations and enterprise accounts. You will engage prospective and existing customers, support same-day transactions, prepare accurate quotes, and collaborate closely with sales and customer success teams to drive responsive, consultative customer experiences.

Responsibilities

• Generate and qualify leads through targeted sales activities.
• Conduct outbound calls and respond to inbound inquiries.
• Prepare accurate, timely customer quotes.
• Manage customer information and sales activity in the CRM.
• Follow up with prospects and customers to support same-day transactions.
• Collaborate with sales and customer success teams throughout the sales process.

Preferred Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in inside sales.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) systems.
• Knowledge of consultative selling practices.
• Strong product knowledge.
• Clear verbal communication and active listening skills.
• Effective time management skills.
