Customer Service Representative – Morning Shift

Pay: Starting at $17.50/hr, based on experience

Precise Personnel is currently seeking a motivated, professional, empathetic, and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our client’s team. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working directly with customers, solving problems, and providing excellent service.

The Customer Service Representative will serve as a front-line point of contact for customers and distributors throughout the Southern California area. This role includes communicating with customers in person, over the phone, by email, live chat, and other messaging platforms. Local travel to visit distributors is required, so candidates must have a clean California DMV record.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in person, by phone, email, live chat, and messaging platforms.
• Visit distributors throughout the Southern California area as required.
• Answer customer questions and provide accurate product and service information.
• Troubleshoot customer concerns and provide effective solutions.
• Process customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Develop strong knowledge of company products, services, and internal policies.
• Document customer interactions, comments, actions taken, and resolutions in daily reports.
• Maintain a professional, calm, and empathetic attitude when handling customer concerns.
• Meet individual and team performance goals, including customer satisfaction and first-contact resolution.
• Manage multiple tasks and priorities while maintaining excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• Clean California DMV record required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong active-listening and customer service skills.
• Basic computer skills, including word processing and email.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to remain professional and composed under pressure.
• Detail-oriented, dependable, and comfortable interacting with customers.
• Must be available to work Monday through Friday during the morning shift.

Compensation

Starting pay: $17.50 per hour or higher based on experience.
